My yoga, like my life, often has two settings. Either a more energetic practice, playing with stronger poses to bring me out of my head and into my body… or a chilled out flow with more time and space to slow me down. And between you and me, I usually put just as much thought into creating the perfect playlist… 😁
I’ve been practicing yoga since my early-teens. Over the years it’s helped me rebuild strength after serious operations, and manage an often (very!) restless mind. More than anything, yoga brings me joy, empowerment, calm and a sense of being comfortable in my own skin. This is what I hope to share with you!
When I’m not teaching yoga I’m spending my free time in the highlands in my campervan, finding lochside spots to do some outdoor yoga (the best kind!), and hiking the munros
SLOW FLOW
The vibe is 100% Come As You Are! Absolutely everyone is welcome at Yoga Social, whether you’ve never done yoga or practice regularly, whether you’ve got all the gear or completely no idea, whether you live in yoga pants or the thought of lycra makes you wince (wear whatever you feel comfortable in!). All you need to bring is you. All are welcome, anything goes.
