In the tenth talk of the series we bring you two more amazing guests: Steven Shand and Lizzie Jenkins.

Willow is just me. Steven Shand. I've been building bicycle frames and fabricating bicycles since 2002. I build in steel and titanium and use various construction methods; tig welding, fillet brazing and lugged.

I started Shand Cycles in 2004 and built that business to be at the forefront of the 'Adventure Bicycle' scene. Times move on and I sold Shand Cycles in 2017. Since then, I've been in various roles in the outdoor and bicycle industry, working in product design, marketing and brand management.

Six years after leaving Shand Cycles I decided to start building bicycles commercially again and launched Willow Bike..

Lizzie Jenkins is an ultra distance cyclist and compete in self-supported races across the world, sometimes spanning 4000km. The determination, resilience and commitment it takes to complete these events are traits I bring to everything I do.
