Come along and join Izabela Murtagh, TransAlba 1st female 2023 and Scotlands most enthusiastic commuter, as she explores (or maybe interrogates) the journeys of Matt, Kris, and Mark.  From the wet cobbles of Edinburgh to crossing countries and continents during Paris-Brest-Paris and the Transcontinental Race.  There'll be stories, laughs, highs and lows, there'll be insights into how to prepare yourself mentally and physically for greater challenges including what bike and equipment to take.
