Come along and join Izabela Murtagh, TransAlba 2023 3rd finisher and Scotlands most enthusiastic commuter, as she explores (or maybe interrogates) the journeys of Matt, Kris, and Mark.  From the wet cobbles of Edinburgh to crossing countries and continents during Paris-Brest-Paris and the Transcontinental Race.  There'll be stories, laughs, highs and lows, there'll be insights into how to prepare yourself mentally and physically for greater challenges including what bike and equipment to take.
