We're not unfamiliar with higher end builds here and this was no exception. Joe came to us looking to take his road riding to the next level. He already had a fair idea on what he was after as far as specs went so we had a good base to work off.
We did the bike fit before making any decisons on the finish kit to make sure Joe could get the most of the bike and once this had been done and all the measurements had been confirmed, we started looking into what parts to get.
We juggled a couple of ideas to work out what was going to be best for Joe. Mehanical or Di2. Aero road or non aero. Alloy wheels or carbon wheels?! After much discussion, we landed on the Cinelli Pressure, they're ultimate aero road bike. Continue reading for the break down!
- Full Shimano 105 12 speed Di2 Groupset
- DT Swiss ARC 1400 wheelset. Equipped with DT Swiss 240 hubs and 62mm deep rims for added aero abilities.
- Finished up with Pro Stealth Saddle, Deda Elementi Loop Bar Tape and Vittoria Corse N.EXT Tyres 28c
- FSA DCR Handlebars and FSA ACR Stem for fully internal routing to create a super clean look.
Out of all the road bikes we've done, this may be one of the cleanest looking beasts to come out of the workshop. Aggressive, but not uncomfortable. Stiff and responsive, but with all the control.
